Additional Information:

The Goggle Eyepiece came with the PhotoShop Elements 9 program. I erased the inner part and edged one side then used effects and used the skew and distort options then resized and angled it to fit over the painted eye.
The Bow Tie came with the same program. It was adjusted, skewed and adjusted for perspective then effects were used on it.
