Many thanks to all the stock providers for providing such wonderful stock and for allowing their stock and brushes to be used to create a premade background.
Let the record show my own stock is unrestricted and can be used for anything including making other stock, tubes, brushes, etc., as well as being used "as is" for CSS backgrounds, stamps or whatever. No notification necessary.
