Dream Castle Premade Background.
Had made something similar to use on a Secret Santa posted on TheStockWarehouse ~ decided to create a stock from the concept.

Created in PhotoShop Elements 9 ~ changed image size by added a black bottom and repainted the entire background in full black. Added brushes on another layer varying opacity, size and shape.
