Cloud Background.
Using Blues Contest Entry 1 and cloud brushes added to clouds that were already on the picture,
Cloud Brushes: ~Wearwolfaa
and the Brush Misty Path by ~LoRdaNdRe
I made the background to use on Celebration of a New Start ~
When using background give brush artists full credit, as well as the credit for the stock resource.
