My stock is UNRESTRICTED (commercial or otherwise). Can be used to create stock, CSS backgrounds, stamps, icons, avatars, widget backgrounds, for brushes, wallpapers, manipulations, collages, digital art, traditional reference, etc. etc. Notification is optional! It is nice to receive credit, in order to advertise my site. If Notified, I'll look at the art and add it to my fave folder (it is a feature widget) that is for those who use my stock!
Some of my stock has been donated to my site. Feel free to notify the donator of use (in the artist description), albeit, sadly, karanua who has made several donations has passed away. I have his permission to post the stock via notes safely stored in my note folder.
DO NOT HOTLINK! Hotlinking steals bandwidth... my downloads, if not completely disabled, will now cost points, albeit the stock is still unrestricted.

I'm all he has WIP I Am All He Has:
I am the complete collection of one man's worldly possessions. I am all he has.
I am his placebo, without me he'd feel empty and lost, but since I am all he has, he doesn't mind risking his life to cross the street on a busy Thursday afternoon.
I am the portrait of his dead son. I am the bullet that killed his boy. I am the hate that provoked the bullet. I am the table in the morgue his maimed body was dumped on. I am the emptiness in the eyes of his shooter. I am the police files never sent. I am the rage and despair felt. I am the marriage the sorrow ruined. I am the taste of tears.
I am the used clothes he spent his last cent on. I am someone else's trash. I am torn. I am stained. I am ruined. I am uncouth. I am covered in crass slogans he doesn't agree with. I am his acceptance of failure.
I am his ex-wife's broken necklace, which he is taking to the pawnshop. I am his lost love. I am the letters he sent to each address of hers he knew, plead

How to be an effective admin in a GroupCommunity Week
For projecteducate's last Community Week I wrote an article expressing the ways in which we can be respectful members of Groups: How to be a respectful member in a Group. I figured it would be a good idea to follow up on that article by addressing the other side: how to be an effective admin in a group.
In regards to starting up your group:
Starting up a new group can be a daunting task, especially if you have never done it before. There are many things to do in terms of effectively starting up your group.
Make sure you have properly set up your group's gallery folders and front page in a "user-friendly" manner. Make things clear, simple, organized. An appealing layout and organized structure is attractive to potential new members.
Make sure you have listed out your group's rules on your front page, and have explained the purpose/focus of your group clearly. This will help visitors f
How to be a respectful member in a GroupCommunity Week
The majority of us are members of groups, and while we might have different reasons to join, and different things expected of our membership in said groups, it is important to be a respectful addition to a group, and to our community. Here are a few tips on how to be a respectful member of your groups, even when you become frustrated by whichever situation might come up.
In regards to submitting your art:
Of course submitting your art is one of the main purposes of joining a group. However before you jump into things and start sending out a million art submissions to various groups, you should pay close attention to each individual group's rules and guidelines! There is no room for assuming things when it comes to groups, each group has its own set of guidelines, and they might wildly differ from what you expect! So read the info they provide, or send a note to ask a question, but don't just ignore it all and spam your art in places it might not e
Hello! TheOtherKilroy here! Today, I'm going to touch base about art styles. I am not an art professor, so these are just some general notes.
First of all, what is art style? According to this super long wikipedia article, style is a distinctive way to group work into different categories. (Think of the difference between anime and Western cartoons.) Style comes from the mood of the artwork, the emphasizing and de-emphasizing of certain features, and the symbols that represent those features. For now we are going to talk about emphasizing, and how many of the things we emphasized thousands of years ago are still emphasized today!
Art style is sort of a big deal. I mean, it's only been around since man could make art. Take a look:
Can't draw super realism? Don't worry, the first people couldn't, either. By our standards, everything is de-emphasized to the simplest,
Potions Master WizardChase has gotten super into comics since we've taken him for his first visit to a local comic book shop, Amazing Fantasy Comics. For Halloween Comicfest 2014 we entered him into the costume contest, which is now open for voting. Grand prize (2 winners, one adult/one child) will win a $500 comic book shopping spree. Second Place is a $100 shopping spree to 50 random entrants (five adults/five children for each category). And finally a sizeable comics prize pack selection to the voter's picks (five adults/five children in each category). Voting is now through November 9th. Chase is in the Original costume category, he isn't a specific character, it was his idea.

Felipe Cagno’s Long Journey to “The Lost Kids: Seeking Samarkang.”
Many deviants know well…
…“The Lost Kids: Seeking Samarkand”, the 200+ pages graphic novel written and created by Brazilian storyteller Felipe Cagno.
What few know is the story of how it took him almost a decade to bring this story to the public between script re–writes, production setbacks and more than three years of working with a team of artists spread across the globe.

Once upon a time…
Bbefore there was a boy wizard named Harry Potter or anything much was known about events occurring a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away… there was the oral tradition of telling fairy tales, the first wonderful basic form of education in the lives of all the children in the world. Civilization was just getting underway with cities and towns and tiny hamlets taking shape in cleared patches of real estate carved out of the primeval European woods. In doing research on line it is clear quite a lot of the earliest fairy tales, passed down to this very day, were actually
Fantasia Music Evolved Billboard Challenge
You know the lyrics — now turn them into art!
The original "Fantasia" exploded classical music into fabulous animation sequences. Now it's your turn to illustrate lyrics from Frozen, Lady Gaga, and Lorde as a celebration of the release of the Fantasia: Music Evolved video game. The marriage of music to image is as natural as music inspired by ima
